We prepare and train every franchisee using our proven methodologies for pet franchise ownership and specifically coach on how to deliver outstanding Scenthound service.

Learning New Tricks

To get started, we’ll welcome you to our headquarters in Jupiter, Florida, and you’ll spend time at one of our Scenters. This intensive program will help to familiarize you with the Scenthound culture and demonstrate how we live out our vision, mission, and values.

But don’t worry, we don’t bite. We are very friendly. 

Our comprehensive training will prepare you with best practices on how to market your Scenter and create a local footprint, provide ongoing customer support, and perform all the signature Scenthound services.

S.C.E.N.T. Training

The Scenthound wellness philosophy and dog grooming system are rooted in five core areas: Skin, Coat, Ears, Nails, and Teeth. We’ll help you to understand why each care area is fundamental to the overall long-term health of every dog and how our services ensure that they areas stay healthy.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in one of our innovative Scenters and in our state-of-the-art training facility and master each step in the dog grooming and routine care process so that every dog that visits your Scenter gets the care they deserve.

Customer Service 

Dogs are easy to please. Humans can sometimes be more complicated — especially when it comes to their “kids.”  

Our franchise training will help you support every customer and provide best-in-class service. You’ll learn how to patiently manage common customer concerns about things like cost and scheduling and field questions on pet behavior and other dog parent requests. 

Management Support 

As a local franchisee, you’re the leader of the pack at your Scenter, and we’re committed to your continued success.
