About Tony Nicholson:  

  • Nicholson got his start in the franchise industry with Self Esteem Brands, where he worked his way up to Vice President of Sales and successfully led a team of ten sales people to expand the company’s portfolio of brands.  

  • Within Self Esteem Brands, Nicholson worked as the Director of Business Development at Anytime Fitness and became a multi-unit franchisee. 

  • Nicholson held the role of Vice President of Franchise Development at Apex Leadership Co, a fundraising franchise that combines fitness, fundraising, and leadership into events for schools, clubs, and sports teams. 

  • Nicholson brings an abundance of transferrable skills to his new role at Scenthound including management, lead generation, marketing, operations, legal, and relationship building.  

 

Through his experience in the franchise industry and guidance from various mentors, Nicholson was introduced to Scenthound and immediately recognized the growth potential of a category leader in the pet health and wellness space. As he steps into his new role, he is focused on interacting with candidates on a daily basis and guiding them through the franchise process, introducing them to the brand culture, and ensuring they understand the unique value proposition that Scenthound offers. Additionally, his multi-unit franchisee experience gives Nicholson a well-rounded perspective on the franchise business model, allowing him to connect with prospective franchisees on a more meaningful and insightful level.
