Kick-off the process by filling out the contact form here. Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll send you a link to the detailed application. Give yourself about 10 minutes to complete the application.

• Let’s Get to Know Each Other

First impressions are important. We will introduce you to one of our Scenthound pack members, who love meeting with prospective new franchisees. They will help guide you through the online application process.  Once you’ve completed the online application, we’ll schedule a video conference to learn more about you.

• The FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document)

When considering any franchise or business investment, we understand how important it is to review and understand the company’s financial health.  It’s essential to understand the stability of the company, the required franchisee investment and the potential return on that investment . Scenthound franchisee candidates are provided with a fully transparent experience so you can make a confident and well-educated investment.

• Business Profile Assessment

We need to make sure that the “feeling is mutual” — that we’re a good match for each other. At this stage in the franchise process, we will invite you to fill out our simple assessment form. This will help us to confirm that your values align with Scenthound, that you’ll be a good fit for the brand and have the disposition it takes to serve pets — and their parents.

• Financial Assessment and Approval

  In addition to being aligned with our core values, you must be able to confidently meet the established Scenthound investment and financial requirements to become a franchisee. Fiscal stability is an essential part of helping dogs and their humans. During this stage in the franchise process, you will confidentially provide details about your financial situation to help us financially qualify you as a potential Scenthound franchisee.

• meet the pack Day

  Also know as “Discovery Day,” Meet The Pack Day is our favorite step in the franchise process. This gives us the chance to meet you face to face either virtually or at the Scenthound headquarters in Jupiter, Florida. You’ll be fully immersed in Scenthound , learn about our brand, meet our leadership team and visit a location.

• The Franchise Agreement

  Once you’ve been qualified and approved by the Scenthound leadership team, you will be provided with your franchise agreement. By signing the franchise agreement, you’ll officially be a member of the Scenthound pack and ready to help our customer remove barriers to connecting and loving their dogs on a daily basis.
